The times listed apply to the massage only. Please allow an additional 10 minutes afterward to rest, as well as a few minutes for a brief pre- and post-treatment consultation. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment—we’ll begin with a short consultation and then start the massage. The pre- and post-treatment conversation can be held in either German or English, whichever you prefer. If you speak only English, please don’t hesitate to book an appointment with me.
